Who scored gave Tony watt 10 out of 10 yesterday. With all our other forwards on the bench, might end up being in the next squad...

Far too soon for him in my opinion. His career has been far too inconsistent to date as in had a good streak of form at Celtic then poor and same in Belgium so lets wait and see if he can keep this form up now for the rest of the season and then perhaps look at him again in about a year's time. Good to see him in form though and of course I wish him well.

Nonsense. He's had plenty of experience of Scottish, Belgian and now English football. With his undoubted talent he should be in if he can play another dozen games to a high standard.

I wouldn't call less than 100 games in top flight football as plenty of experience which is what he has. However, you evidently partly agree with what I am saying by saying if he is still at high level in a dozen games time then get him in well that will take him up to the end of this season and into some of next. I just don't want him chucked in at the deep end and he fails to shine and he gets dumped on the scrap heap. I'd sooner wait until he is truly ready.

I think Celtic made a big mistake letting Watt go but he may have needed a drop down to Charlton to realise that he still had everything to prove. I think he's an excellent player and I'd be pretty happy if the forwards called up next month were any four from Fletcher, Naismith, Watt, Griffiths, Russell, Rhodes and May.
