They are wholly negative, not just a bit. People filming games on their phones are a real pet peeve of mine now. The last Euros and the English premiership are awful for it. Any penalty and about 70% of the crowd behind the goal are filming it and watching it on their phones. Same at corners. Then when there's a goal or singing half the crowd are standing filming the celebrations/crowd instead of being a part of it. They end up just filming other people standing their filming. Whetever you go, people are far too busy videoing on their phones and posting pictures to let folk know how much fun they're having rather than being present and enjoying the moment. Agree regarding people determined to capture rubbishy wee clips on their phones, this guy's put together some decent documentary footage though.
