  1. Past hour
  2. Have you seen Doak? He's rapid, he is forever running at players, he has super fast feet and he glides past players like they aren't there. Apart from that, he's nothing like him.
  3. Livramento will be England's back up right back after Euro 24. Walker and Trippier will retire. Trent is used in midfield for England. That only leaves Reece James and Livramento. The loss of Hickey is massive. Hopefully he'll be able to return, and use the friendlies to get a bit of sharpness back, but I doubt it. If Hickey doesn't make it then Steve Clarke has to get creative. It's either Porteous, Ralston, Armstrong (as much as I hate to say it.), Christie, McCrorie or McLean. I don't care if some of them are left footed. Needs must.
  4. How's he a throwback to the likes of Jimmy Johnstone?
  5. FFS… the Greens. Far too much airtime for wee dicks that got a tiny percentage of the vote. I have had enough listening to bleAting on about LGBTQ rights (still no idea what the queers are) - they have plenty rights. I’m not interested in the slightest 8n hearing any more about it. Far far bigger issues.
  6. When exactly was he in form. Has to be the most overrated player on here.
  7. The chances of Hickey coming back into our team after 8 months without kicking a ball was always pie in the sky.Let's be honest even if he was anywhere near fit there is no way his first games after 8 months without kicking a ball in anger would be in the euros. It wouldn't even be fair to him to expect any sort of performance.Big miss but somebody else will have the chance to step up and put in a good performance.
  8. This I want them to be asking this time and time again at PMQ's until we get an answer. Regardless of the protocols, and even if it means we're asked to leave the commons. All whilst the world watch
  9. All this will be old news and irrelevant come the time of the election. Last night I watched John McTernan sitting with a wry smile when your point was put to him by Kirsty Wark. He knows that what 'punches through' is another Tory jumping ship to Labour. Only us political anoraks understand the true meaning of it To paraphrase the old adage: Political parties don't win elections. Governments lose them. Labour will win by default.
  10. Ticombo has plenty tickets but you are looking like 400 Euro with fees
  11. mates paid 100 GBP for the Morocco game at France98. Norway tickets were like Hens teeth but I had that and the Morocco game via the Travel Club.
  12. Ralston and McRorie should be given a fair crack in the friendlies (not that they will teach us much), if they fail to inspire confidence then we should look to fill the RWB position with a midfielder - Armstrong standing out as the strongest candidate due to his experience, and Fraser as an outsider due to his past arseholery
  13. Think Ross Mcrorie will have to step up to the plate. Least he’s playing at a decent level in that position every week just now.
  14. It must have been a hamstring tear for it to take so long though I'd be curious about the 'setback' he suffered. There is absolutely no way Clarke is going to pick him.
  15. Today
  16. When the Chair of the Labour Party says a right wing Tory MP is 'a good, natural fit', when Starmer says Labour is the Party of English patriotism, when Lammy describes Thatcher as 'visionary'...It would certainly put me off if I still voted Labour!
  17. i got offered 750 GBP for Brazil match - Bordeaux - our guys who did not have tickets didnt get tickets - St Etienne they got tickets off a Czech tout on the train fo around 75/100 Euro - seen same tout in Prague 1 year later for the Czech game
  18. It was impossible to get tickets in Bordeaux unless you were very lucky. Small stadium with a shit allocation, must have been well over 20K TA without tickets that day in the city. I was offered a small fortune for mines, obviously refused it.
  19. Hopefully that'll put off those in Scotland considering Labour.
  20. I'm thinking needle in a haystack - i talked to folk i know have been going 25 years i know from 96, and nobody had a sniff of spares - & you are going to be competing for a ticket with everyone else who is going without a ticket - who knows how many people travelling 20k-40k ? & this is not like 98 for example like 98 where locals had tickets to sell but were paper, so they were on the walks to stadium - they will all be throwing on ticket sites - I'm sitting next to the german lad who sold me tciket for germany match
  21. I think Taskmaster is the funniest program on TV, you should give it a try.
  22. Just been once to see the show and some poor guy from the audience was near molested by Herr Lipp 😊 I've not really got into Taskmaster though not seen many episodes to give it a chance tbf.
  23. Seeing GBP290(including 35% fees) for a Cat 1 for Hungary - not cheap but at least a 200 EURO ticket rather than 60 Euro - I just paid GBP300 for Switz Cat 2 which is 150 EURO tickets
  24. Don't think the Swiss fans need to be based anywhere in particular. A lot can just travel to the game on the day and go home afterwards.
  25. Iv not got a list but heading the night afore in Munich to the Glasvegas and Kyle Falconer.
