Denny's Yard
Had seriously thought that a Yes vote would have brought me back home. Can't see that ever happening now. Bunch of cowards.
Dave78
How can any of us sing that we can "rise now and be a nation again"? Because the actual words are "be the nation again", i.e. the one that fought off an invading army. Still my national anthem!

Wibble
I swear - all the time - but I will move my vote to Scotland after the next GE. Fucc where I live, I've done my bit over the years. I will move the bairn's up there, too. She, despite being half-English, will be gutted if we really have missed this opportunity.

ErsatzThistle
Naw, just full of Brits This. Real Scots voted Yes today, Brits voted No. After this is declared the gloves come off in preparation for the next time. No beating around the bush, Britain is our enemy, there I said it. Quebec had two referendums 15 years apart, why shouldn't we ?

MacWalka
Anyone that voted No and complains in years to come about NHS being privatised, tuition fees being brought back and Holyrood being financially neutered can go themselves. MacWalka
2 counts and yer all chucking. There's votes in it yet It's not just the counts though. The Yes commentators on the TV are all very resigned and talking about high turnout instead of possibilities of winning. The rumours from the counts are that the marginal areas are all going comfortably to No while the Yes areas have a lower turnout that the rest of the country.
