Reflections On Independence Referendum

Recommended Posts

Scottish television historian Neil Oliver has called the prospect of a second independence referendum a "cancerous presence".

To be fair to Neil Oliver, he is not, and never will be, an actual historian. It is only TV that has puffed him up into that role. Like the rest of us, he is just some snaggle-toothed, ill-informed twat with an opinion, the only difference being his get aired in the papers instead of on internet messageboards.

I always remember he had a spat with Tom Devine, which was originally purely personal, or professional, but since last year they are now also seemingly divided politically, just to add an extra edge

See the picture above posted by kumnio. I didn't want to give it extra prominence by posting it again. It's disgusting.

D'oh thought you'd meant The Week magazine, forgot that had been posted above. Was from Scotland on Sunday a couple of years back...
