Shocked by the lack of coverage this match has received.

Shows you where Deadco fit in the grander scheme of things.

Thankfully the Internet is awash with Tims like yourself to let us know how insignificant we are.

You boys never did do irony very well :)

Back to the game. Ricky Foster is a ing liability. Was lucky not to go off there.

Full time 1-2. I'll take that.

And the fact you are happy with a 2-1 win tonight tells you everything.

I still don't see what Nicky Law offers to our team? Comes up with the odd goal but I don't rate him.

Anyway 2-1 I'll take that. Just need to avoid defeat at Ibrox. Surely.

He was a good player before he came to us. So was Wallace and Templeton. All 3 have noticeably gone backwards.

Central defence and central midfield are very weak and that will affect players like Wallace and Templeton - close season I expect to see a quite radical change in the squad, whether we go up or not.

McCall deserves the opportunity to bring in some better players to fit his style of play - before that, it's not going to change much.

Thought we were a bit too cautious today at times but a month on from losing down there 3-) then I think we have to be happy taking a lead back to Ibrox. Big crowd and home advantage should be enough (though far from a foregone conclusion). Then it will be interesting to see if a team (either us or QoS) that has played this week has an advantage over a team that has gone to Spain for the week - which to me is a bit of an odd decision!

Still, one game at a time!

TT

Agree with you both although McCall isn't the man for me. I've said it countless times before but we need to get away from this old pals act.

If he gets the gig for the long term, progress will be made, no question but, I can't honestly see it being all that different in terms of style of play, signings and overall approach. It's depressing when you come up against teams such as Falkirk and Queens and they pass us off the park. That's absolutely no disrespect meant to them but they operate on a shoe string compared to us. It says it all when we need to turn to a young laddie to drag us through this. In fairness that's the one bit of credit I would offer Stuart McCall. Dropping imposters like Black for him.

I'm really struggling to take any pleasure in that victory tonight because we are in such a shambolic state in terms of playing staff and I can't really see any positives for the coming seasons. Promotion of not we are a long way from anything even resembling a team.
