It's in their interest as it increases the return to creditors if successful. Presumably old co and the other companies can appeal and probably will given it has come this far. I expect that will be vastly reduced now this BTC bill is thrown back into the creditors pot. Hope he was not relying on it for anything... I said a wee while ago i had a suspicion that King was only in this to get his 20 million back that he gave Murray a while ago. But who the hell knows whats going on.... Well If Rangers lost all games 3-0 they would have been relegated in 2001.. so the rest is just speculation The only think that could be done is to make the titles void as they did when the winner of the Tour de France was found to be ' cheating'.
