  1. Past hour
  2. Sorry that is crap. To unionists Scotland is a country not fit to exist as an independent country therefore I fail to see how unionists dare turn up to support Scotland in sporting contests since it goes against their beliefs. I would never go to Last Night at the Proms for all its pomp and UJ waving as it goes against my inner beliefs so likewise why are they waving Saltires at sporting contests.

  4. Manchester City are the English Premier League winners. They beat West Ham United 3-1 on the final matchday.
  5. Yesterday
  6. Thread seems to be lacking the relevant praise of the Paisley Brazil - protectors of the coefficient 2024/25. šŸšŸ’Ŗāœˆļø
  7. Does it apply to many nations that qualified for 5 world cups in a row and 6 out of 7 between 1974 and 1998? I would imagine we do have the worst record in terms of getting through the first round but Iā€™d rather go back to doing that than go back to not qualifying at all. Hopefully weā€™ll get that monkey off our backs next month though and get to the last 16 at least.
  8. Scotland U 19 & U 21 Scott Banks set up St Pauli's league winning goal this afternoon. Quite a player.
  9. Fuxk off you Unionist troll. You probably wank off over a photo of Alex Cole-Hamilton
  10. We've done it 8 times. Can't se anybody overtake us in that league/
  11. it depends on whether you believe you can support your nation with8n the United Kingdom or not. I see no contradiction in being a proud Scot and passionate about our sporting success and being a unionist.
  12. Just me ranting about supermarkets putting union flags on everything. The NZ flag still has one in its top corner.
  13. This. Makes me sick hearing the egg chasing fraternity at Murrayfield singing 'and rise now and be a nation again' when the majority of them are from monarchy loving, boot licking, SNP hating areas in the Borders. Absolutely nauseating
  14. Ah. Knew it was close. He was some striker back then.
  15. Why not. Certainly worth giving him his debut in these friendlies and seeing how he does. Youā€™d think heā€™s guaranteed to be in the 26 with the options who are missing
  16. The Belgian league becomes a farce at the end of the season, the teams having their points halved then playing each other home and away it pretty much guarantees thereā€™s no upsets
  17. The Greens againā€¦. Turns out that the transgender green candidate, Sophie molly, from Buchan has been in a recent twitter spat with JKR. It is also the same person as Sophie sparkles posting entirely different content on twitterā€¦. someone save the greens from themselvesā€¦. The weirdo party.
  18. Just to clarify. Itā€™s not a 2 leg affair as itā€™s a play off round with other clubs involved. But itā€™s definitely a step to a seeding in both qualifying rounds for Rangers.
  19. It's as Alf Baird says - It's a psychological condition that blinkers them
  20. Iran have reached six World Cups and they have yet to progress from the group stages.
  21. As we stand on the brink of the Euros I think of this crazy country we live in. We will have Scots getting right behind the national team with passion but a big portion will be those with the political mindset that we should not exist as an independent country. Mad. So they actively support a country which in the eyes of Westminster and unionists should not be - a mindset they agree with yet they feel comfy supporting that same country they feel not fit to run its own affairs. Twisted mindset. It is the same when the Six Nations come around. Passionate Scots who want to display pride for a country many of whom think is not capable of independence. Some pride that.
  22. Brugge beat Anderlecht 1-0 away tonight in league playoff. If Brugge go through in second leg Rangers will be seeded in both CL qualifying rounds.
  23. You would think that the transportation costs would make a big difference; similar to when you see something like blueberries on the shelves from Peru. How is that profitable? šŸ¤” One article did say that regulatory and climate differences affect the price of lamb compared to the UK. The Brexit folk never seem to have bothered with detail though and assume that the market or sovereignty sorts it all out. I'm sure NZ lamb used to get advertised quite a bit on tv a while back so has it not always been a thing here? Got some tasty lamb kebabs from the butcher in Aberfoyle a while back - i think they were Scottish šŸ˜‹
  24. I would agree but he does have that X-factor that none ofvourvother potential options have - pace and abikity to take on and beat opponents. We shall find out soon enough and I suppose if selected a look could be taken at him in the Gibraltar match with 15 or 20 minutes.
  25. Lamb is certainly not cheap but you are right it's not what was supposed to happen. Post-Brexit trade deal, might help consumers with lower prices but not so good for Scottish farming. I dare say that proportionally Wales and Scotland produce much more lamb than England, so Welsh and Scots farmers lose out.
  26. Call him up for the friendlies and have a look at him. The right back/wing back spot is looking like a horror show at the moment.
