  1. Past hour
  2. Might be nothing in it but Lewis Mayo was fit at the weekend but not in the squad. Made me think he might have had a letter from SFA ahead of the squad announcement. He's been excellent this year right hand side of defence, although we play a back 3 with Armstrong on that side as a wing back.
  3. Beer is 2 euro, and 20 Fags are 4 euro...Swings n roundabouts.
  4. Today
  5. Those that fight for independence fight for an independent Scotland on the international stage. They fight for Scotland to exist on all fronts politically and sporting. Unionist Scots do not. Amazed you cannot fathom that basic principle. Those unionists who feel they are passionate Scots they really are not. They are only getting the kick/buzz out of putting on the front of supporting Scotland because the likes of UEFA, FIFA, WRU etc etc are good enough to recognise Scotland's existence. Imagine a future where all sporting bodies deny Scotland that right then what would all those plastic pretend Scots do and how would they feel/react? Given their political mindset I would hope they suffer badly in realising what they are missing and it would change their political mindset but somehow I doubt it. No doubt they'd quite easily change to supporting a TeamGB quite happily on the sporting front. So you see their love of Scotland and passion for Scotland - that pretend BS is meaningless.
  6. There’s no hiding here, I have been very clear. I was a no until a few weeks before then I voted yes in 2014, and since then have at various stages been between yes and no depending on various factors. Yes, there are some rabid nationalists that would take an independent Scotland at any cost, but for some of us it’s not a cut and dried issue and we balance a logical and an emotional decision. rather than throwing your toys out the pram, you would be better off persuading those of us that are in the balance to vote yes.
  7. Paisley Brazil that couldn't lay a glove on Ayrshire's finest all season!
  8. Wore that at Italia 90. Was looking for it recently for Germany but can’t be found anywhere.
  9. Yet there’s not a peep from the usual suspect who calls rangers fans all the scum under the sun when this happens on the other side of the city. Why would that be? Just hope it will be swept under the carpet or no one noticed? 😂😂
  10. "Unanimous Choice"? Not sure about that?
  11. Hopefully does a Ferguson & goes to Italy, be far better for his development 👍
  12. 5 year ago today, Clarke was appointed manager.
  13. Depends if you can walk in a straight line 🍺🍺🍺😜
  14. Max has had more game time. I also like Ralston but his lack of first team football may go against him for a starting slot.
  15. I was a bit similar - remember being angry more than anything that the crowd was so supportive in the Olympics but at Wimbledon most of them would rather any the other 3 to win in the semis and final. 'Wimbledon loves a Champion' - fuck off you toffee nosed twats!
  16. He is right, you are a unionist troll. The worst type too, you claim to want independence but you add tonnes of conditions to it so therefore you don't actually want it. At least have the testicles to say it instead of hiding I use the term quisling because it's very apt
  17. I have one Cat 1 ticket for Belgium v Slovakia if that's any use. I'll sell it face value and face to face in Frankfurt if ya like.
  18. I grew up doing the same but when I got older I no longer supported GB. I struggled to cheer for murray in the gold medal match on centre court and I'm a massive tennis and Murray fan.
  19. I hadn’t thought about it like that but yes, I agree with that. I had similar through the church and school, cubs, etc. I don’t really care about things like the olympics now, and rarely watch tv. sporting events on tv much like much of life back then was family oriented and we watched everything together. I much prefer today where life is far less family centric and far more individual.
  20. Depending on where your router is, it might be that the TV's internet connection is a bit weak. You can get range extenders that plug into the mains and basically make use of the mains wiring to create another wifi hub elsewhere in the house. Might sort the problem. I have three of them and no dead spots (except maybe the garage where the blockwork wall reduces the signal strength enough that the smart meters can't talk to the thing that is supposed to give readouts of the electricity and gas usage).
  21. I can't see Watson staying in Scotland. Armstrong seemingly signing a new deal.
  22. Sports presenter arrested for allegedly noncing a 10 year old - 4am raid yesterday. Trial by Twitter incoming - BBC haven't reported on their website as far as can see.
  23. The first ever team in Bundesliga history to go unbeaten.
