Will Muirhouse be registering to vote and voting for the first time to perserve the status quo? Think not! As an aside, my dear old Nana voted Yes on her Postal ballot 3 weeks ago. Dont give up on the auld yins yet. J

Stapes
The blue rinse brigade came out in 2011 and it was depressing to watch. In the end it mattered not a jot. Seen quite a few angry old ones, feeling we're taking away their country.

Damn right we are, for the sake of their grandchildren, great-grandchildren etc etc. It's 2014 not 1914 Let Scotland flourish.
snoopyhill
Don't underestimate all those 1,230,937 still alive who voted Yes in '79 and got robbed, I'm pretty sure they won't be voting No.
saintlyscot
A lot of angry auld ones at the polling station I was manning in rural perthshire this morning. NO representative at the station was about 75 and had driven up from his estate in the west. Knob. Turnout was steady but it was cool and rainy. Toll Bridge TA
Every over 70 I've spoke to at my work today are all vocal about voting "yes". One even called Gordon Brown a "lying, cheating b**tard*. Fair point. There is still hope amongst the old ones.
