Who was it that threw a boot at the linesman? That wasn't even a yellow! Was it the madrid derby? Turan?
GRBear
Who was it that threw a boot at the linesman? That wasn't even a yellow! Was it the madrid derby? Turan? Aye Arda Turan, couldn't believe he got nothing for it.

healyhattrick
Not the only one......George Best got sent off playing for Northern Ireland against Scotland in 1970....officially for dissent I.e. throwing muck at or in the direction of the referee. Wee bit before my time so not sure what prompted his reaction.
TartanTeddy
Gazza showing the ref the yellow card and then getting booked was always one of my favourites - really defined refs having no sense of humour! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7iYeifVvAV0 TT Edited April 5, 2015 by TartanTeddy

phart
Was it not the right decision because he plays for The Rangers? Considering i won the linlithgow round the loch race in a rangers top around the time he got that card, the answer is no. Just checked won it about 5 years earlier. Jagtag
Rod Mcdonald got sent off having been booked for crossing himself coming on to the pitch because it was against Rangers. Made headline news in just about every country in the world and made Scottish football a laughing stock too.

Obviously not that much of a laughing stock as our governing body still allow two clubs to carry on encouraging this crap years later.
