Pork leg with crackling.....looking fantastic - let it cook until the end as is, or remove the crackling at some point in the cooking time ? AND we went out to the road to see Santa and his elves etc........he looked a bit different from his persona at the Grotto in Broughty Ferry today..........in fact he was a grumpy old so and so who just wanted to get away home worst 2 quid I ever spent but the kids were happy outside in their jammas so all is good.
