Armchair Bob Posted September 19, 2014 Author Share Posted September 19, 2014 I support the principle of self determination for any distinct peoples, Shetland is less distinct than Scotland in my opinion but distinct enough that if they wanted to go for some new arrangement I'll wish them luck. Of course, we will hear absolutely nothing at all now for any demands for further self-determination in Shetland as it was an entirely cynical Westminster divide-and-rule plot.
