I don't think it's something to feel stupid about, it's up to anyone to justify why they think it's one way or another. It think it's cleverly aligned, but for me the lips give it away, the lips don't match the words perfectly and it's clearly possible they are singing something else in another language that could be more probable than they are all into Rage Against the Machine.
