I actually have buried in a cupboard somewhere one of those "Charlie Says" VHS collection of old public information films. There's one of Stewpot introducing his baby daughter and explaining how when she's old enough he'll be telling her about the dangers of talking to strangers. Radio/TV personalities were not part of the subset though. Pertinently enough a few of the films were Jimmy Savile "Clunk Click" features.
