Approx 35,000 so far. More encouragingly the Republic game looks like it's heading for a sell out... Why they are bothering to sell tickets there while other areas have not sold out is beyond me. They used to wait to sell the South Stand Upper at Hampden until it looked like all other areas will sell out. I think that affects the atmosphere if there are lots of obvious empty seats. The last Scotland game I attended at Ibrox was against the might of Italy in 1992. Should have been a stick on full house you would think. The crowd was 33,029. Even if we'll be 40 000, which i think is the max, it'll be really bad to see 10 000 empty seats. Thanks $FA.
