Toepoke
85 years young this week. Watched this decent profile of the great man's career the other night... http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0674mg5/sean-connery-in-his-own-words
the_burger
It's quite good, made me realise I've hardly seen any of his films apart from the Bond ones. Made a mental note to check some of them out. Have to say, it amuses me greatly that he makes zero attempt at accents in any of his films. Charlie Endell
Hell Drivers (with Stanley Baker, Herbert Lom, Sid James, Patrick McGoohan, David McCallum, Gordon Jackson and William Hartnell) and The Offence (with Trevor Howard and Ian Bannen) are my two favourites. Stapes
Agree with a few of the above - The Hill, Hell Drivers and A Bridge Too Far. Excellent films. Maybe skip Zardoz though! Edited August 27, 2015 by Stapes

mcnpauls
All. The films people have recommended are very good to all- time classics level of quality. The Wind and the Lion and The Name of the Rose are also brilliant.

RenfrewBlue
Rising Sun with Wesley Snipes is one of my favourites. The only one I've seen him in that I didn't like was Zardoz.
