dezmondo
Can anyone enlighten me as to how to purchase general sale tickets. Is it just the sfa site and do you have to register? If you have to register I presume it's not an actual membership??
Joeyoctron
Why do they have to make it so difficult? You have to login before you can amend the prices to kids, then you have to update the basket to get the correct pricing. Loads of folk will come to the site try to get kids tickets and think the price is £40 for all and scrap the idea. I cant login as it says my email is registered twice so i create an account in the wife's name Once you get to this bit they charge you £7.50 for Special delivery and £3 booking fee. All this to go an watch a game in a souless stadium miles from the action with a Saturday night kick off. I will still take the kids but it doesn't half frustrate a man! Doric
Looking at the site not much tickets left although SS Upper not open.
BMan
Still a few sections not been opened in West and East Stands either. This looks like its going to be under 40k. Very sad and SFA should be addressing the situation. Be interesting to see our attendances at Hampden on a Saturday for the last 15 games. This will be the lowest turn out. BRAVELANEY1
Do we definitely know that? Seems strange they haven't opened anymore if that's the case given the rest are at red, I would imagine a new section will open in the East soon. BMan
Yeah. They have just opened 2 more this morning in the East and West
BRAVELANEY1
seen that, suppose given the away support is pretty much non existent looking like at least 40k presuming the lower central area of the BT Stand is all sold out, its well over 30k now I would say. KennethV
section in the lower BT Stand now put on sale. Which is annoying as i'd have bought for there if i knew it was still to go on sale as better seats.

Anything up to "15.11.1995 EC San Marino Hampden 30,306" will be a Wednesday night, as Saturday internationals did not start until the WC98 Campaign, and even then, up to 2010, probably 90% of them were Saturday as I do not recall that many midweek home qualifiers (off top of my head, Bosnia, Fareoes (at Aberdeen), Slovenia, Iceland and Netherlands were all midweek when it was just standard Sat and Wed fixtures. Toepoke
"9.10.1999 EC Lithuania Hampden 22,059" That was a Saturday afternoon and the first Hampden qualifier for 4 years. Very poor attendance.

Very poor attendance. Last game of campaign and nothing to play for as 2nd spot had been secured. But yeah your right poor attendance. Looking at that Group we was in that year. Would love a Group like that again. Czech Republic, Bosnia, Lithuania, Estonia, Faroes.

"12.9.1990 EC Romania Hampden 12,800 " Just a few weeks after the World Cup and up against the group top seeds. Mind you I cannae criticise as I sat at home with a cairry oot watching it on BBC1. BMan
If Top Tier hold 7,000 I'm amazed that there is still approx. 10,000 seats left between whats on show on East, West and South lower.
