When it first happen a few years ago there was some big deals pushed through last minute and sky thought they were on to something. Now I can't help but think half these deals were sorted days, weeks or months ago but have been kept quiet to ensure Sky can make a drama out of it. Cue sky sports pishing their pants with the excitement of one last massive transfer they thought was in the offing.
