EvilScotsman
You're all heading for Barlinnie: Representation of the People Act 1983: 66A Prohibition on publication of exit polls (1) No person shall, in the case of an election to which this section applies, publish before the poll is closed – (a) any statement relating to the way in which voters have voted at the election where that statement is (or might reasonably be taken to be) based on information given by voters after they have voted, or ( b ) any forecast as to the result of the election which is (or might reasonably be taken to be) based on information so given. (2) This section applies to– (a) any parliamentary election; and ( b ) any local government election in England or Wales. (3) If a person acts in contravention of subsection (1) above, he shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months. (4) In this section – “forecast” includes estimate; “publish” means make available to the public at large, or any section of the public, in whatever form and by whatever means; and any reference to the result of an election is a reference to the result of the election either as a whole or so far as any particular candidate or candidates at the election is or are concerned. "Voters" is plural. You're perfectly entitled to reveal your own vote, just not other people's, as far as I understand it. I could of course be wrong. Wibble
I like Katy, but would ram red hot needles in my eyes, pull them out, eat my eyeballs, shite them out and eat them again before I voted for Labour. I voted for you - your £3.92 is in the barmaid.

phart
Some Muppet in a SNP hi-vis vest with some poster slogan written on the back decided to park their car lengthways in front of the only 2 disabled parking bays at my polling station today while him and his mate gibbered loudly about how great they are. Making my Grans and I's walk much further and uphill on the way in and drawing looks from everyone. I was forbidden from "making a scene" by my gran though otherwise i would have told the arsehole to move his car,or take off all his SNP paraphernalia (looked like a forumal one driver with all the shit) if ones going to publicise their chuntiness outside a polling station on polling day. Also it was really busy as well, i remember it being much more busy than previous General elections.

biffer
No unusual candidates in Edinburgh West, where I'll be voting SNP. Tory, Labour, LibDem, SNP, Green, UKIP. Although the UKIP guy's name is a belter - George Grant Gordon Otto Inglis. I sense a wee bit of immigrant in his history from the third middle name.... in5omniac
Parliamentary, York Outer: Greens (Ginnie Shaw) Local, Haxby and Wigginton: Greens (Alan Robertshaw) and Independent (Neil Wyatt) They're currently Conservative and Lib Dem respectively. Good to see the polling stations I've passed today were all so busy looking.
DonnyTJS
If you were in the UK, who would you vote for? I've not even bothered checking to see if there would've been any interesting options, but probably either Green or an artistic spoiling of the ballot paper...
