G-Man
Avoid honey? M'lord loves the honey so that's not for me. I'll be honest I only posted to be helpful, ive tried the healthy and found it yucky. Sunpat crunchy all the way. You should take added sugar, of any kind, only in moderation, if you want to avoid type 2 diabetes and other nasty stuff. http://www.cbsnews.com/news/world-health-organization-lowers-sugar-intake-recommendations/ Don't watch C4 just now Orra, diabetic weans galore. Parklife
OK. Where did you get it and how does it differ from e.g. Sunpat (it's the only one I've heard of). As said, Sunpat will have sugar added to sweeten it. This is the stuff i was eating: http://www.myprotein.com/sports-nutrition/peanut-butter/10530743.html
