derbydan
Did anyone witness the exchange between the flag seller at the front of Celtic Park and a photographer who attempted to take a photo him? Probably about 1900 Hrs,Guy went into a rant about not asking his permission against the law etc! Photographer who had official bib was a bit taken aback, as it was just a case of "capturing the moment" rather than a pose if permission had to be granted first! Maybe he should get a less public pitch if he doesn't want his photo taken. The main pedestrian walkway off London Road not good for a shy soul like him. No traders license perhaps? Or unemployed but working on the side? Who knows.

And it isn't against the law in Scotland to take someone's picture in a public place.

I know at train stations people are not allowed to take photos of staff without permission.

That's not a "public place". It IS a place where the public has access, but it is owned by Network Rail who can impose restrictions.
