Flag/hat Seller

Did anyone witness the exchange between the flag seller at the front of Celtic Park and a photographer who attempted to take a photo him?

Probably about 1900 Hrs,Guy went into a rant about not asking his permission against the law etc!

Photographer who had official bib was a bit taken aback, as it was just a case of "capturing the moment" rather than a pose if permission had to be granted first!

Maybe he should get a less public pitch if he doesn't want his photo taken.

The main pedestrian walkway off London Road not good for a shy soul like him.

Sounds like he had something to hide. No traders license perhaps? Or unemployed but working on the side? Who knows.

And it isn't against the law in Scotland to take someone's picture in a public place.

Not so sure about that. I know at train stations people are not allowed to take photos of staff without permission.

That's not a "public place". It IS a place where the public has access, but it is owned by Network Rail who can impose restrictions.
