EddardStark
We’re getting a message that says we have exceeded out storage and we need to pay for more capacity. However I don’t t think we’ve exceeded our limit. We’ve been deleting all day but no luck. Any tips?

All Outlook messages, etc are usually stored in a .pst file on your local machine. Who's sending you that?
Hertsscot
Is it genuinely from Microsoft. I think I got an email like that last week but came to the conclusion that it wasn't legit.
Grim Jim
There have been phishing scams like this previously.
stocky
I got that and deleted all day, didn't make any difference. It's genuine, I got no Hotmail emails in for a week Got teenage son in and he sorted it. It will be your one drive storage, not your e mails Although deleting all attachment e mails helps. can't remember exactly how he sorted it, but looked easy delete one drive stuff you no longer use
