Excellent news for additional income for fans that can’t make it to games.
AlfieMoon
So, this is just a continuation of the rules /offering of this season?

There must be a market for this for folk who want to watch their team play, but aren't interested enough to actually go to games, for a variety of different reasons. Not sure how big the market is but there is only one way to find out.
Och Aye
More folk meeting up at home or in all these new man huts that have popped up in the past year to watch football, getting their booze from supermarkets. Less atmosphere at games, less business for surrounding pubs and cafes. Maybe we can get a super league out of it.

After living in north america for almost 15 yrs now unfortunately this is very much the deal here ; US is different again , but if they want to emulate the NFL model maybe thats the way ahead for them i recall watching that film with kids when it first came out and reasonated heavily with the lifestyle in many places - even just crossing into Montana and visiting the walmart .... there is a new (crap) football league in Canada ; punters seem to spend as much time at the mulitude of hot dog stands etc as they do watching the game ( its also available streaming - but i object to the electricity costs...)
