You don't need to tell me, I remember our previous tournament experiences only too well. My eyes are wide open. I get the impression though that some people think because we beat Spain and qualified with relative ease that we've nothing to worry about next month. I think differently though, going by recent form and the likely absence of certain players in key positions. My gut feeling is we'll finish bottom of the table again. I’m the same. Usually would be tuning in & hoping as many of our players are playing the full 90 mins at their clubs, but now I’m more than happy if they don’t play as much. If they get subbed, I’m checking social media to ensure it’s not injury related & if it is then start googling how long that particular injury takes to heal or see if any other professional footballer has experienced the same injury & how long they were out for 🤣 Certainly mad but I suppose it’s a position not many of us have been in before for a very long time as I doubt we’d be worried that much like we are just now if we didn’t have a major tournament in a months time. Also the number of injuries & worries we’ve had for the last few weeks certainly give you a bit of trepidation!

Was scorching here yesterday and popped into the local pub, not really a cider drinker but my mate bought me a Crabbie Ginger beer with ice. Was thinking that’s a bit “Gay”, but having tasted it I thought nice and refreshing and surprisingly more potent than I’d imagined, anyway got a tab going and had a few more which our lovely barmaid brought out to us. Was glowing after a few turned out we were having a double shot of rum in the pint glass which I never noticed cos the barmaid was pouring a little bit in before bringing to our table. Tasted lovely but a sore head this morning. Just to keep it on topic was drinking cos Saints lost to Killie AGAIN.

Based on our previous tournament experiences how can we possibly be in for a rude awakening?

In my opinion it is no longer a song contest that used to be a potential breeding ground for new bands. Unknown bands such as Bucks Fizz, Bardo and others were given their chance but nowadays it is already established bands or singers that take part. There are other elements already touched on by earlier posters that make it uncomfortable viewing (not that I watch it now anyway).

Nothing wrong with the Hampden ticket app. Worked fine for the Northern Ireland game as got in no problem whatsoever. The only thing that went well that night 😅

Weird situation we're in at present, I used to tune in to the live games in the hope of watching one of our boys in action. Now I get the fear if they're on the pitch at any point! Ridiculous really 😁
