  3. Sure, I'm not saying they shouldn't do something disruptive, but it has to cut through, beyond the MSM take on it. In GE, looks as if SNP not likely to benefit from whatever they did in the House of Commons in last 5 years: all the times they opposed when Labour abstained or sided with the Tories, or all the times they took a stand against Brexit or Internal Market Bill. Or voting on Gaza. It looks as if Labour are going to hoover up lots of votes despite all that, just by saying 'time for a change'.
  4. Not sure what you mean by that statement. We definitely lack quality in certain positions. We manage to get results through good management and having good players in other positions. Other countries with limited squads manage it as well. Its pretty much common knowledge that our squad is limited.
  5. Thistle - Airdrie Decent Start Hoping for a cracker
  6. 😊It's a very warm and soothing show! Even when Paul Whitehouse gets crabbit if Bob starts to reel in the fish against his instructions. I've only seen the odd Would I Lie To You but when he's on it you can tell the other guests love listening to his nonsense.
  7. Walking out 'can' be childish behaviour Providing notice of such things if questioning isn't taken seriously / answered in full is okay for me Not sure what else they can do in the face of continuous ridicule Communicate it, and follow through
  8. All fair points, and ones I'd given consideration to, prior to posting However, I do believe that there can be a measured / balanced approach to disruption I'd ask that SF starts with the obvious one, and doesn't sit down until the PM answers it in full If he's thrown out for asking that reasonable question 20+ times, in a controlled manner, and refusing to sit down until the PM does, I'm okay with that....
  9. And besides I recall Blaclford and other SNP MPs took stick on this thread when they once staged a walkout at Westminster a few years ago.
  10. Only if its a limited squad in numbers and not limited in terms of quality. Without the latter we'd not have been able to get the results we have.
  11. What sites mate? Ticombo is about ÂŁ370 but huge fees on top
  12. No disrespect to your club Hearts but I hope if he was to leave Kilmarnock then it would be to play at a much higher level to test himself against better opposition and teammates around him (English Championship or even abroad) rather than just a “sideway step” in the same league. He looks good enough to make the the step up to a higher level.
  13. Was thinking the other day, it’s a pity Calvin Ramsay has become a forgotten man. A young RB playing regular football and doing well would be so ideal right now that we wouldn’t have to worry too much about Hickey’s fitness & the other RB’s that would step in. Suppose it gives a lesson to young players that the big money moves don’t always work out & might not be the best move career & development wise despite it being very lucrative financially. The lad had 38 appearances in 2 seasons with Aberdeen and now has barely managed just under 10 appearances in 3 seasons since. Hope he gets his career back on track next season so he can be considered for future squads
  14. Today
  15. Whoever steps up I think we need someone who is a defender first and foremost rather than a wingback. That means either McCrorie or even Hendry who I think has played there.
  16. Yeh but we are kind of desperate once Patterson and hickey are not available. Mccrorie is probably one of the few realistic choices alongside Ralston.
  17. Another point , I doubt there's any player who starts regularly in the English championship wouldn't start for any club in the SPL outwith the old firm.
  18. Ralston is 25 now & no club at championship level has even taken him on loan let alone pay a decent transfer fee for him. I think he would have to get on the pitch , play well enough to keep Johnston out of the team for a decent period before any club would consider him worth anywhere near the ÂŁ2 million McCrorie was sold for. I'm not saying McCrorie is the answer but at least he's a good athlete with a decent pace , clubs pay money for players with those attributes as they feel with coaching a player can improve. Can we say Ralston has those attributes?
  19. I think Tomorrow is the perfect concoction for a lot of trouble. Biggest match of the season, sun and an early kick off Aye I think rangers have to go for it which will open them up. Celtic having hatate fit is huge as he sees the runs kyogo makes and makes the passes. When he's not there you can see kyogo making runs and getting frustrated nobody is picking him out. Think if Celtic score early it could be a hammering
  20. We've had body movements, mental activities, how about senses, feelings and emotions?
  21. As ever the problem is the distorting (or glossing over) by the media. The SNP - or Alba - could take a stand and break the rules in Westminster, but it is not reported as sticking up for Scotland, it's either ridiculed as toys out the pram politicking, or not reported at all.
  22. The Spain side is still a top side regardless of who they have lost to in recent times. They have top players and they just topped their euro qualifying group. Just because they are not the side they were ten plus years ago doesn't mean they are not elite. They hit such unbelievable highs that it was always going to be slight downwards trajectory but they are consistently a top ten nation in the world. Denmark comes down more to opinion and current form. I wouldn't class them as a genuine heavyweight in terms of France or England but they could easily be considered a top nation in the last ten years. When we beat them I would say they were a top nation. Ukraine are probably a third tier nation who occasionally make it into the second tier. They are certainly not a top tier nation and haven't ever been one.
  23. Ralston is second choice behind a 40 times capped international. Don’t know who started the Ross McCrorie love in,,the Championship is a decent league but theres plenty players in it that are pish poor.
