I believe so.   The LEZ is bounded in the south by the Clyde, High St. in the east and approximately the M8 to the north and west.

Aye, that's ridiculous. How can making a 7 year old motor obsolete possibly be good for the overall environment? Nobody seems to be taking an logical view of the overall picture when it comes to environmental stuff. Lot's of separate groups pushing their own agenda with nobody taking control of the big picture.
