  1. May only get 1,000 tickets or so for Albania if Tirana is not finished. More can be negotiated of course.
  2. If Regan has been strung along all this time, I hope he has a backup plan.
  3. A few small stadia there. As an aside, I wonder how Finland are funding their stadium revamp.
  4. Suddenly this trip is affordable
  5. Just as well we didn't qualify for Russia then.
  6. BBC tag for their article is "Brexit". Why post-brexit, , if this is a good idea / feasible anyway? Just white noise I reckon.
  7. Another couple of pages of this and I'll be an expert too!
  8. It's my understanding that there will be play-offs only within each group. We're in C, so will play only the best group C teams (that have not already qualified). Therefore a group C play-off is possibly our best chance of qualifying for 2020! I.E. the green ones here... http://m.footballseeding.com/national-ranking-uefa/ranking-2017/ (We're supposedly C favourites by ranking along with Hungary, Romania & Slovenia.) Could it be though, that all the group A play-off teams come from group B, as all group A teams might qualify by the normal route? I love puzzles.
  9. According to ScotlandWintheWorldCup above. I hadn't heard that myself before either. I don't think UEFA will commit themselves to anything until they see how this one goes, and will no doubt tinker with it should it remain.
  10. http://www.football-rankings.info/2017/07/uefa-nations-league-losing-could.html As I see it in our case, if we got ourselves relegated from C, we should make the group D play-offs next time around (for the 2022 world cup). However we'd hurt our UEFA ranking and probably blow our 2nd chance of qualifying for Euro 2020 and those two Hampden group games.
  11. We'll get Serbia and Montenegro then.
  12. Is there relegation from the group of three teams even though they don't have a lowest seed?
  13. Anywhere west o' Bishy & Linwood and south o' The Port and your posh Were you Anna McCurley?
  14. That's sad Dan. As a fan of Blade Runner, I've been waiting for this. But I'l wait for a few reviews on here before venturing out. (In fact, I'll probably still watch it in the hoose for free somehow, ...someday, and make up my own mind. ,,,patience.) Now you mention it; I never watched the original either on first screenings. Got it mixed up with some other shecht and only saw it a few years late, and then loved it.
  15. Agreed. Worst view I've ever had was at the Emirates. Agreed, ever since I was young a teen in the North Enclosure trying to see past men in bunnets, but it is a naturally safe standing area. Have seen some injuries at goals in steeper stadia. Well one anyway. Agreed again, but it's the last to go on sale, so can get screwed. If only marketing men were in charge
  16. Food and drink was alright. Had (Belgian) beer and chops, eel and mash in Die Port van Cleve bar with the Delft tiles. Amazin' apple cake and Brouwerij 't Ij beer combination (feck coffee) in Café Papeneiland; one of the claimants to oldest bar. Another being Proeflokaal de Ooievaar, also mibee the smallest and just round the corner from the Cock Ring if you prefer
  17. Aye. I can't sign in now, just sign up
  18. You tease you... -1 hr Skócia. That's it, I'm renewing!
