France here we come
This feeling will ,I hope, fade over time. That's why i would never say I'll not be back to support Scotland again as a knee jerk reaction, although I do feel that way right now. spider pig
This is what the No camp would want, us to just get back in our little box and stay quiet, we should go there and show the world that there are some of us who will never give up on the belief that Scotland should be a free and independent country. goodguy
Usually look forward to these trips for months before. Just seems like an inconvenience the now. Unfortunately I don't think it will ever be the same again.
Craig1209
Unfortunately I don't think it will ever be the same again. It won't be the same if we let it get that way. We played our part and voted, there's nothing else we could've done. We shouldn't let the result take anything away from what supporting our national team means to us. Lawnmower
Supporting my national football team over the past 42 years at home and countless away trips has never had any connection to my political preference. I will stand shoulder to shoulder with any True Scotland Football Fan regardless of the way he votes.

Took a bit of a blow after Thursday/Friday, but we'll be back following Scotland and having a great time doing so. J

jock strap
First match I've not been excited about going.....ever. Not even a wee bit if I'm honest. Will still go, but I fear a majority of the passion is not here just now. Hopefully will change closer to the game.

emiliano bari
Supporting my national football team over the past 42 years at home and countless away trips has never had any connection to my political preference. I will stand shoulder to shoulder with any True Scotland Football Fan regardless of the way he votes. It's right....but now some unionist could really be able to sing the anthem after the referendum? We can still hold our heads up high and know we did the right thing It won't be the same if we let it get that way. We played our part and voted, there's nothing else we could've done. We shouldn't let the result take anything away from what supporting our national team means to us. THAT'S THE ATTITUDE....also if me and my pals are Italians (and maybe I shouldn't write about a so delicate topic as the independence one..I'm sorry if it could hurts somebody) due to all the Scotland matches we already saw with all you guys and because of the great friendships born in last 7 years, especially in this sad atmpsphere we decide go to watch also this match (wasn't previewed go in Poland at this round) because we hope give a small help by our own to all Tartan Army in this phase of resetting in which rise up seems (and will be) really hard........maybe for me is the most important match where be present also if maybe will be less funny then normal doesn't important...I want do my infinitesimal part to be with you singing and supporting. YOU ARE THE RESPONSIBLES OF MAKING US SCOTTISH SUPPORTERS AND NOT THE ITALIANS ONE ...YOU DID IT...AND NOW YOU CANNOT DISAPPEAR...ESPECIALLY IN THIS DEEPEST MOMENT (I KNOW)....YOU HAVE TO TRY TO GO ON... don't give up...you...we..are the best supporters in the world...never forget it...and never give up please..see you in the streets of Varsarvia Emiliano ONLY BARI fc AND SCOTLAND PS: I really hope to don't hurt nobody speaking about the referendum also if I'm not Scottish...I'm sorry if it will be the case for somebody of you Edited September 23, 2014 by emiliano bari
