Equal opportunity act could mean partially sighted refs

The attached act has been around for a while but now they may have gone a step too far.   I heard a rumor that new referees will now be able to apply indiscriminately for positions regardless of their level of eye sight. 

 

  Before we all panic, this might be good news for the so called "smaller" teams cause we might be able to benefit from zany decisions.    Perhaps big teams like England might have another goal chalked off like 2010 for example.   I wouldn't moan if that were to happen later this year v us!
