Big Col
I've finally joined the 21st century and got myself an LCD tv. What do I do with my old CRT tv? There's a similar one on ebay for a 10er attracting zero interest and apparently charity shops and the like don't want them so it seems it is worthless. Have a rock star moment and kick it out an upstairs window? Any TAMBers make use of a free TV? Sony 28" widescreen, 2001 vintage.

Big Col
yeah I was going to phone the BHF. Only thing is their nearest place is a 30 mile round trip. Not sure if they'll travel that far for an old tv.

jailender
Surely a 30 mile round trip isn't beyond your range, and then you'll be shot of the old tele.

popkean1314foreva
Check out Facebook for free sales and wants ads in your area and post on there . We got rid of all our old kitchen units and white goods in about half an hour when we got a new kitchen in . We also got rid of an old 3 piece suite the same way , people will have anything if it`s for nowt ! Only problem was the cheeky fokkers were on the same site 12 months later trying to flog the recliner for a 100 quid !!
