He can do what he wants and promise everything to everyone and make it happen because he is so fantastic. He can say to companies that fracking can take place in Scotland and say to protesters that he will ban it. He can say to those opposed to Orange walks that he will stop them and tell the Orange lodge that they will continue. He is so great he can make all those things happen.
