hannibal smith
Yeah nothing wrong with the place just nice to not play same teams all the time indeed especially as there are a few teams in the European region that we have never played

Robroysboy
hopefully they sell this and Gib games for a twenty quid two game package for members. Season ticket holders should get in for nothing Would be nice but cant see it. I presume there will be a financial incentive to make the fans attend the NI game, would make sense to try and sell as a 2 game discounted package with gib. Maybe the marketing team will read your post. Then again ?
ZoltanBuchan
Fraid I'm not with you on Croatia. Would gladly go back. I'd swap a Prague (which is cracking BTW) for a Bratislava. J Agree on both counts. Zagreb was my favourite ever away trip (in terms of the trip, not the result - Paris has to win that one), and we seem to constantly play the Czechs but never the Slovaks. They will surely have to do something, they wont get much of a crowd if they try and sell this one at £25/£30 on top of the Gibraltar game for £30/40. a two match package would be good if priced right
Robroysboy
Went to austria freindly via bratislava in 2007, great city. Wouldn't mind another visit. Vienna was expensive in comparison.
wanderer
Slovakia are playing their games in Zilina just now (half way between Bratislava and Kraków) as the stadium in Bratislava is getting rebuilt just now (2016 before it will be ready). Apparently we were suppose to play Slovakia when we played Sweden in Stockholm, but SFA went with Sweden. ZoltanBuchan
Went to austria freindly via bratislava in 2007, great city. Wouldn't mind another visit. Vienna was expensive in comparison. I had a 12-hour stopover in Vienna in 2001 waiting for my connecting flight to Australia. It was closed. It was a Sunday, and everything in the centre was closed - even the bars. I don't think it was that bad here even in the 1970s. I spent 3 hours in the city centre, and literally all I could buy was a pretzel and a hardcore porn mag (ironically more hardcore than was legal here at the time). Both the pretzel and porn mag were bought at the same stall, incidentally

Would love to go back with the missus for a city break. J

Unless it's played at Firhill, in which I will reconsider.
wanderer
I had a 12-hour stopover in Vienna in 2001 waiting for my connecting flight to Australia. It was closed. Had a 6 hour stop off in the city between Bratislava and the Airport on route to Skopje, and a full day and night in Vienna on way back, and have to say really pee'd me off that I missed the previous two games in Austria The trip had been fantastic from start right up to that point, but the night in Vienna was the icing on the cake, as we had a brilliant time and would jump at a return

You would really hope they do a two game package of NI + Gib ticket for £50 for those who did not buy a ST and a free NI (or a greatly reduced) ticket for those who did buy ST. All the talk for most this year was a "glamour" tie for the return to Hampden..... this is basically scraping the bottom of the barrel....
