ProudScot
Standard crap from McGhee "Getting the best we can out of the players we can get" - Frustrating and also he mentions Strachan wanting to continue as if we are lucky to have him and it's upto him if he goes or not http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/38012680 And from the gossip; Sacking national manager Gordon Strachan and his back room staff would cost the Scottish FA £800,000 in compensation. (Daily Mail, print edition) Former Scotland manager Walter Smith says sacking Gordon Strachan would effectively end any hope of reaching the World Cup in 2018 since a new boss would use the remaining qualifying games to experiment with the team The above is EXACTLY what we need! To realise qualification has gone and experiment!!
Caledonian Craig
The situation is like alcoholism. Until those involved (SFA, Strachan and pundits) admit they have big problems and that qualifying hopes are over then there is no hope of a solution and we will meander along this road of mediocrity. We are out of the running for qualification and our last three results/performances say we are regressing not improving. Strachan's time is up it is time to look to the next campaign and start rebuilding....NOW.
