  1. Will the SNP have something like this in their Holyrood manifesto as a trigger for calling an independence referendum should Scotland be dragged out the EU against our vote? I doubt very much this will be the scenario though.
  2. I love the pyro at Hampden as the teams are coming out - especially the big ones that give you the feeling that the Enola Gay has just done a flypast as all your internal organs vibrate. Although need to bring back better entrance music - Insomnia was perfect for this. Keep them there though, no place for them in the stands and all it takes is 1 eejit to ruin it for everyone by causing a major incident. And where do you even buy flares from anyway..?
  3. Anyone else been watching this? 2 episodes in and I'm hooked!
  4. How many folk regularly purchase a newspaper these days? I'd say most of us get our news through Internet, social media, digital tv and I'm certain I'm not the only one that's heard of breaking news through the TAMB!
  5. Only been once which was 10 years ago and will never forget the experience in The Roxy. You know you're in for a good night when the bouncers are reading jazz mags and trying to sell you drugs on the way in. Inside it was like a big theatre with folk lying KOd all over the place. Memories...
  6. In no order. Glasgow Las Vegas Copenhagen San Francisco Berlin
  7. This is a classic example of Western Propaganda in full swing. What's the difference between North Korea having WMDs and the UK, US et al having them?
  8. I thought Nukes were now referred to as "deterrents" on the BBC? Or is that just selective reporting?
  9. Finally got round to watching it. Agree with majority of posters. Honking ??
  10. Naismith to Norwich. £8m http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/35195533
  11. "You're so ugly you could be a modern-art masterpiece" - Gunnery Sergeant Hartman
  12. Sad day for rock http://metalhammer.teamrock.com/news/2015-12-29/lemmy-dead-at-70
  13. I moved to Edinburgh in the summer and noticed the uniform of choice for a certain demographic is the grey joggies and grey hoodie combo. Sharp.
  14. And at the opposite end of the scale... http://edition.cnn.com/2015/08/13/travel/emirates-longest-flight/
  15. It was never going to be anything spectacular with elections next year. The dependency parties will no doubt already be criticising and would expect Labour's Scottish Branch to make as much noise as they can before they are sent to oblivion.
  16. Being based centrally, I had Falkirk, Stirling and Glasgow all very accessible. I also played in bands in my younger days which took us to new places. I'll never forget a night in The Balcony Bar, Dundee for as long as I live. Amps up at 11 and people crowd surfing and stage diving in a boozer. Had never seen anything like it, or since. No one ever venture to Paps in Cumbernauld? That was best described as a "life experience."
  17. No. I can't see us finishing 2nd from this group. The best we can hope for in this campaign is a decent enough run of results to lift our rankings in time for the Euro 2020 draws.
