Brummie Hibs
There won't be many of us, so should we bar/area to meet on match day. I reckon maybe 100 of us?
Flure
My research is ongoing. Lady Flure and I will be in attendance. Meeting up on matchday makes sense. Venue suggestions here?
Ormond
I bet there’s more than 100. Try doubling that.
kayjay
I was in Lima 10 years ago. Most of the pubs were in area around Kennedy Park in Miraflores. Elsewhere it’s was hotel bars or cafes.

I usually like drinking nearer the park before kick off as I’m not left chasing my heels as I get more pished.
Zidane
There is nothing much around the stadium either. And getting back out of that area after the game will be a headache.
Ormond
You just know it’s going to be a toss up between those two “Irish” pubs close to each other in Miraflores.
Ormond
There is an official Scottish Caledonian Society Of Peru based in Lima. I’ve fired them a message to see if they fancy providing information for us regarding drinking hostelries.

Houlihans and Molly's. Also the only places that sell cider, it seems.

Plenty of cheap boozing to be done in miraflores. Sunday and Monday not too exciting and a few bars close these days. Irish bars annoyingly reliable as usual. Try to avoid being near any roads when you have a hangover. You'll hear what I mean when you get there. Mirror, horn, signal, horn, manoeuvre, horn. Horn. Horn. I can still hear it. Zidane
It isn't so much that it is a trek. Actually looks like a straight road from Kennedy park. But driving in rush hour traffic in Lima is soul destroying and the public transport is always packed. I only passed by the stadium on a drive from downtown Lima to Miraflores. Didn't seem to be much around and my Peruvian friend confirmed as much.
kumnio
Just under a 90 minute walk according to google maps, and it doesnt look like the nicest part of town. Ive asked how much it would be for a transfer from Kennedy Park to the game and back.
