Like his movement, reading of the game and his work rate. That was my thought at a game earlier this season never having seen him. Really impressed at the time but I don't know if he's continued that form so it's interesting to read/see your post tonight. Didn't know Souttar was back - great news. If our LB misses 3 chances then surely it's it encouraging that a defender has 3 chances though ? Frustrating game that we had enough chances to win 3 times over. Paton is not a right back and that's where we lost the goal, some strange subs too. Best player Connolly taken off - ? adamntg Posted November 8, 2014 Share Posted November 8, 2014 I'm not too disheartened. I thought the first half was about the best we've played this year. The emergence of Connolly is amazing, what a find, considering that was only his fourth start. I was told by someone who knew Connolly and Robertson growing up that Connolly was the better player. Maybe an exaggeration but I can see why someone might say that. Some days the ball just doesn't go in and you get caught. That's football.
