  1. No probably not. Starving them out is the only way IMO
  2. Disagree completely. There are so many examples of average players performing well above their level Look at Clarke at Killie, O'Neill at NI.
  3. Absolutely our worst result ever. Sack the board
  4. The scumbags are out tonight I see. Booing a Scotland player. Some will still defend them no doubt 🤔
  5. That tone wasn't intended, just a statement of fact ?
  6. Fat chance he will leave Burnley. Why would he?
  7. Was right to let him go. Let's have some fresh ideas, fresh tactics and the integration of some very exciting young players. I'm glad he is gone. Let's look forward
  8. Too soon after Vogts It's obvious the SFA still living in the stone-age, run by dinosaurs. Earth is flat, yada yada...
  9. That may be but if he can do the job, why not? Strachan is a bit of a cock too IMO
  10. Allardyce would be an OK appointment IMO
  11. Drawing with Lithuania at home, hammered away to Slovakia and England weren't really by fine margins. We deserved nothing from those games, and indeed from the game last night. We could however have easily lost to England, drawn with Slovenia and Slovakia. The whole situation is Not really good enough. We need a change.

    Strachan

Aye, I wasn't convinced last time and nothing's changed. Hopefully he'll do the right thing cause the SFA don't have the balls to do anything else except what's right for Gordon.
  13. Very good point, that's why I said the SFA would have to push the boat out. I honestly think he'll be worth the risk, he's proved he is able to work with a group players of limited talent (similar to us - no disservice to NI btw) making them a very decent team unit - greater than the sum of their parts. Better that then sit through another campaign like the last two. Glorious failure indeed - things aren't helped by some of the tactical blunders and blind faith the current incumbent places in certain players.
  14. Push the boat out, go for Michael O'Neill. Tried and tested.
  15. That'll do. At least we won't have the heartache of missing out on playoffs if we do win.
