  1. Small sample, but funny all the same. I heard a while back that to start winning lots of seats at a WM election you have to hit a certain % of the vote. Vaguely remember it being said that that number was 38.
  2. Best episode ever of the best show ever. Outstanding stuff.
  3. Feck, my wife is minted. Need to look into that joint account again.
  4. Just bought a ticket for the Ireland game. Three section still available. Took about 10 minutes.
  5. I'm pretty sure Levein still thinks he's a better manager than Strachan.
  6. Thought the behaviour there was excellent. Only heard about one swear word all 90 minutes. Surprised tbh.
  7. Aye, my mate just phoned 2 minutes ago. Ridiculous situation. Basically someone who's never paid a penny to the SFA now has as good a chance of getting a ticket as someone who has been a member for years. There doesn't appear to be a sensible explanation as to why they couldn't just have allowed members to keep buying tickets.
  8. Anyone? I held off buying tickets as I wanted my son to go and only just found out he could. Then I find out the tickets aren't available. But if season ticket holders can buy still I should be able to pick up one or two.
  9. I get them a lot, but a lot less than I once did as I now have drugs and also know my triggers. I get co-codamol (30/500s) on prescription. Worked best when I first got them, but still good especially if I catch it early. The biggest trigger is chocolate eaten during the day. Seems to be ok if I have it in the evening. Others are making sure my food levels are good, especially a substantial meal (stocked up for tomorrow) and making sure I go to the toilet regularly. If I need a jobby and don't go it pretty much always brings a migraine on. Other cure can be chippy chips. Not sure why but occasionally works. Lifting weights used to work for a normal sore head (adrenalin) but I can't even touch a weight when I have a migraine. Moral is get prescription drugs, and figure out your triggers. Could go on for pages, as sometimes there really is absolutely no rhyme nor reason to them.
  10. Yes, they also spent £228 at Expedia and then put it back. Heard too that this is them checking if you're aware. I was but was waiting jntil I passed a branch rather than call them.
  11. Checked my bank account yesterday and almost £1000 had been emptied from it. Bank of Scotland were fantastic and a 15 minute phone call had the money back in my account. They didn't even ask me if I was sure I hadn't spent it. Is this kind of thing widespread? I'm guessing it is, given the bank's response.
  12. You'd think being bitter every moment of every day would eventually eat someone up from the inside out ... but John McTernan is still here. Unfortunately.
  13. How much of a self-important tosspot do you have to be to called yourself Thinker? Can't stand the guy.
  14. Do you think so? Not many Lib Dems left, and most of the constituency seats are Labour, so tgat would require Tories to vote Labour. Not sure that would happen in the numbers required.
  15. Why can't we simply have a Yes Alliance at the next Scottish election, running on a manifesto of 'if we attain power Scotland is independent, no referendum required'? What could they do? Send in the army?
  16. From what I can gather from speaking to various MPs etc some of the SNP guys are actually quite well-liked, for example Mike Weir, Stewart Hosie and Eilidh ????. Others, however, such as Pete Wishart, are widely disliked. I wonder why?
  17. And we can help them on their way by refusing to buy them and not clicking their links.
  18. You Can Stick Your Fkn Union Up Your Arse - 10 minutes each half. Not particularly positive, but hey ho. Or just '45' repeatedly.
  19. Many of my Rangers-supporting friends are absolutely gutted today. That video sums it up for me though. Scum.
