Yes, if we can have 3 left backs in the squad we then surely need a second right back. Martin can cover there but as you have said he's #1 at centre back for us, so calling up a back up right back is a no brainer when there's two games to be played....

Whenever a Scot moves abroad it makes you follow that teams results more closely. If he's getting a game you want them to do well and in turn he will get better - It's a no brainer to support them for me. If Gauld gets a game at Sporting Lisbon, the same then goes for them too.

He is indeed, the middle of the park is somewhere we are well stocked though so his chances of a game or even a call up for CM at the moment is a bit unlikely probably.

Aitchison looked a talent when he came on and scored at the end of last season. Will he even get into a squad this season? Agree - These boys probably won't really get a sniff. You look at clubs in Holland for example; Ajax regularly take through 5,6 sometimes even 10 boys per season, sell them on after a bit of game time, or keep them for the first team & this gives Holland a regular stream of players playing first team football from 16-18 within their own country.
