Totally disagree. Depends on the kid. At 6 years old i had a season ticket and was begging to go to Away games. Can remember going to the likes of Firhill, Somerset, Cappielow and Kilbowie to watch us and loved it. My mates wee boy is 6, is football daft and has had a season ticket since he was 4. Loves going to games, especially aways where there's more atmosphere.

Good, we need all the fans we can get! I stay in Shawlands now but if i ever have any kids they;ll be going to RP with me, the same way my dad took me and my siblings as kids. My missus is a Celtic fan (used to have season ticket holder) but i go home and away most weeks to watch Killie. if the kids decides to support Celtic (or Rangers) when they are older then that's their choice but i'll sure as hell not be taking them!

Whilst i'm not overly bothered about the increases, i would have just preferred them to have been more transparent over them. Just can't help but feel this could lose the SNP quite a few seats come the next election as like it or loath it plenty of people voted for them who've no interest in Independence and did so as a protest against previous councils. I don't think it'll take much for them to sway back in the other direction and something like this could well do it for a lot of people. SNP have used this freeze as a political soundbite for years but in all honesty they'd have been better with a gradual increase every two years rather than an own goal (rightly and wrongly) that this will cause.

The one that shocked me was them signing Tosh from Aberdeen!
