There is no postmark on the envelope (just the preprinted prepaid stamp), but the ticket has a date of 28th May on it, which may be when it was printed. It arrived yesterday (8th June), to a Scottish address. Others arrived well before then, from the same sale I presume. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when they were sent out, so there's every chance they will still arrive this week.
