Louch
Given the driver is still alive, his medical records will be private unless he wishes to share, or it is discussed in court surely?
Coldo
Must be public as the guy who crashed into the two girls by Buchannan bus station's medical record was reveled in court.

tomtscotland
When the police said there was "nothing sinister" about accident that should have been enough to stop speculation. The driver will undoubtably need counselling and Glasgow Council will be protecting his identity. From Scotsman - "THE identity of the driver of the bin lorry that killed six people when it crashed in Glasgow city centre will be protected indefinitely, the local authority has said. A spokesman for Glasgow City Council, which owns the bin lorry involved in the George Square tragedy, said it would “never release the names” of the driver or other two individuals who were in the cabin when it crashed." Lamia
We had just watch World War Z and it was really quite disconcerting that it started with a bin lorry crashing through George Square....
OLAS
Watched the phone-video on the Daily Mail site... the screams and shouting was harrowing to say the least. Really makes you think how you'd react in a similar situation.
