ger intae them
With the anticipated slashing of the trains schedule on 01st Jun…… anyone got an inside track (here all week😁) on when the final schedules will be communicated? looks to me like they already have been cut, but press says “advice will be issued in the lead up to the games”……… well this is the lead up! KirkieRobRoy
New timetable came into effect yesterday. Dunno what the Glasgow-Mount Florida service will be like on the night (rubbish, probably) but services are finishing early across the board. There won't be a train leaving Glasgow to anywhere remotely distant by the time we get out of Hampden.
Caledonian Craig
https://www.scotsman.com/news/transport/transport-minister-says-rail-plans-being-worked-on-for-scotland-ukraine-match-amid-growing-anger-at-scotrail-cuts-3703725 It is possible driver shifts may get altered. Take some off morning shifts (meaning cancellations at that time) to put them on late evening shifts to provide some services to get fans home. I have already booked a CityLink bus back to Edinburgh just in case though.
