Kirk
Does anyone have a good site for free ebooks. Like specific ones or is it just your luck to find them for free?
Flure
Amazon usually has a list of Kindle books for free in a sidebar on the right. Edited September 26, 2014 by Flure
dan cake
Go on your local library website and download "overdrive" you then have access to thousands of free books for up to 28 days
Kirk
Aye I know Amazon does the. Dad is after some specific ones but I think he may just need to pay.
bajin
For older books, where the copyright has expired, then Project Gutenberg is good: http://www.gutenberg.org/
mcnpauls
I've occasionally found specific books I've wanted at kickass torrents, but end of paying for them via Amazon most of the time if they're still under copyright.
sbcmfc
I found free (as in illegally downloadable) books quite hard to find on the internet, unless it's really popular, or a series of books. Think Utorrent was the best bet IIRC.

Flat Earth
It costs peanuts to buy a book. Just pay the money you tight c*nts. Unless the writer is dead. Then fill your boots...

I stole Harry potter. Is that ok? I need the peanuts more than JK Rowling.
thplinth
I could not give a fukk about movie piracy as Hollywood deserve it but I would never steal a book.
Mindimoo
I'm approaching the end of the L Frank Baum Oz books and looking for some recommendations for something else. Open to suggestions. I like fantasy but not horror, would like something with plenty of volumes to them. Preferably free
calimero
If you put "Audiobooks" into Youtube there is quite a good selection on there.

Thanks, but I'm looking more for something to read rather than listen. However, reminds me of the old Radio 4 (?) plays that used to be on in the afternoons, I enjoyed them.
