  1. Sorry, i mis remembered. I went catholic secondary school in Kilwinning. Our school buses had to occasionally run the gauntlet 😂
  2. The mother orange lodge of Scotland is in Kilwinning. LOL number 0. How can you have number zero?
  3. He took a group of average Killie players to 3rd in the league just by making them hard to beat and every player knowing their job. Killie never blew teams away, but ground out results- and a lot of results depended on making formation and substitution changes to countenance what was happening during the match. You could argue that he is reactive rather than proactive. He seems to still be trying to suss out everyones strenghths and weaknesses. Scotland are a bit like Killie in that they are not superstars, but he will know how to get the best out of the talent pool available. Its just a matter of it knitting together.
  4. maybe he went there as he has a better chance of winning trophies!
  5. surely Stephen Kenny can't survive that, coupled with their form in the last year.
  6. Conservatives -Ettrick, Roxburgh & Berwickshire. List is 3 x SNP, 1 x Labour and 3 x Tories (1 defected to Reform uk). Both votes SNP for me.
  7. sad news, he hasn't had it easy health wise.
  8. I live in the Scottish Borders which is Tory led council. I got a leaflet stating the amount of people that had been "offered".
  9. I think he will do a turn, better than those non league haddies Alex Dyer signed
  10. the point is one of your players has been accused of cheating causing a penalty. as clear an offside for Edouard as you will ever see. Scott Brown elbowed Tishbola. a dubious goal line clearance that again favoured Celtic. 4 incidents and they all went the way of 1 club. that's my (4) points.
  11. Celtic forward Albian Ajeti faces a two-match ban after being charged with diving to win a penalty in Tuesday's win at Kilmarnock. Odsonne Edouard converted from the spot to make it 2-0 early in the second half, with Celtic going on to score twice more at Rugby Park. The incident has since been reviewed by a panel of former referees, who have charged the Swiss with a breach of Scottish FA disciplinary rule 201 which governs "acts of simulation".

  13. A snapshot of Scott Brown's career in 5 minutes. club captain get sent on to show leadership and experience. And he just reverts to type. Mind boggling in the situation Celtic are in.
  14. She is a typical Borders Unionist, out of kilter with the rest of the country. The only surprise that she didnt previously jump to Ukip. Horrible woman.
  15. good question, I don't know but somehow 3 full set of fixtures is in my head. might be pure made up pish though.
  16. I live in Kelso and have only seen police on the quiet B road border crossing. never on main trunk roads.
  17. Should hever have been awarded, probably feart that they would have to do it to the Old Firm
  18. Got a couple of gigs to look forward to( but will probably get shunted again). 30th wedding anniversary in Feb (will need to put celebration on hold). The Euros (growing less hopeful every day ). An Away trip in the September/November round of matches. (Maybe, just maybe). So all in all, more of the same i feel, but if thats all i have to fret about then I'll take that.
