Here is a thought.... A LGV or PCV driver after the age of 60 has to have a medical anually.. At this time my Doctor charges approx £100 for this medical. so to work till 75 thats £1500 at todays prices.. Also driver CPC is £65 per session and you basically need to do that anually so about £975 in that time . We as a nation have to get clear of these lunatics as swiftly as possible as if we don't we will never be in a position to retire and if we do we will be unfit to do anything of purpose.

The law lords may throw the appeal out.. They may order a re trial hell they may add to the sentence!! The funny thing is should they order a re trial and she is found guilty and should she receive a custodial sentence it will be of a greater time than the one she is currently appealing.

Look at it this way ... her guilty plea will mean her sentence start date should be when the plea was accepted 10th of May i think So she has to do 9 months from then which is 9th Feb. She can apply once all the checks have been done for HDC so could be out in theory within 2 months as that triggers the 6 months prior to EDL. so 9th Aug.. thats if the sentence start date is 10th May as struggling to see it.
