As others have said, Devo MAX by definition is home rule. All revenues raised in Scotland (including a geographical share of natural resources) would go to Edinburgh. Scotland would then be obliged to pay Westminster a population share of defence and foreign affair costs. Anything short of this is not Devo Max.

The SNP vote in 2011 was 45% FPTP and 44% on the list. Identical to the YES vote yesterday. Due the higher turnout about 750k more voted YES than voted SNP in 2011.

Talking to a Cypriot at Frankfurt Airport yesterday and he wont be voting. He has his polling card, but is half way through a 2 year work contract in Aberdeen and will be returning home to Cyprus after that and doesn't think it would be right to vote.
