TDYER63 Posted October 31, 2015 Share Posted October 31, 2015 Off subject a bit as it wasnt a TA trip but my husband and his pals first holiday was to Cornwall and in those days pubs did not stay open late . To get round the licensing problem and stay open later pubs would put on food , normally 'chicken in a basket ' . My husbands pal brought his maw the basket home as her holiday present .
