Pete Gas
Still have nightmares about that miss. I remember the stadium gasping in horror when seeing the replay on the big screen.

the Sunnylaw Jag
I did mention a fans statue in the original article but I suppose one player I should have mentioned was the the tragic Hughie Gallacher who scored 23( sometimes credited as 24) goals in 20 games for Scotland. At only 5ft 5" he also represents the wee Scottish player we all love. Have a look at his wiki page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hughie_Gallacher
Tallaght24
Well before my time but gotta be Slim Jim he took the p*ss in Wembley - genius. One going up of Billy McNeill at Celtic Park I do believe.

Johnny_Ham
I like what they have done on the outer wall of the stadium at Arsenal, with players represented from different generations - could possibly work at Hampden, too?
ErsatzThistle
I like what they have done on the outer wall of the stadium at Arsenal, with players represented from different generations - could possibly work at Hampden, too? Could do, but it would have to be Queens Park players !
